We hired a driver for a trip to Progreso.  Raul was wonderful!  By the end of the trip we were great amigos!  He is bilingual and very knowledgable about Merida and the entire area. Elsy was on time when our ship arrived and kept constant communication with us before our arrival about a suggested itinerary. She asked about and noted any adjustments we wanted to make. We were very pleased with her services and felt very safe with the driver. They were knowledgeable about the history and very responsive to our needs and wants. Our group spent just spent two amazing days with Alfredo touring from Merida. Our first outing was visiting cenotes in Homun.  He listened attentively to what we wanted to see and then offered suggestions for the day.  The cenotes we visited were beautiful,. The dinner at Lucero was the best dining experience I have had in Merida. His suggestions more than exceeded our expectations. The following day was a trip to Campeche with stops in Becal and Pomuch.  Artensia Lool Jipi Chari in Becal is a must do. Along with panderia La Huachita in Pomuch. Elsyie was our tour guide for our Cozumel cruise stop. She picked us up on time in a nice AC bus at the Cruise port terminal. She gave us an amazing time, taking us to all the key cultural sites, arrange for us to try the local dishes (tacos etc), and to the shopping flea market. Alfredo is wonderful! He is kind, very patient, and very knowledgeable about the cities history! He gave us a great tour! My family and I were taken care of so well and he speaks Spanish and English! He laughed with us during our silly moments and guided us to great food! We bonded like he was our family! When I see him again, I promises I’d let him have a ride on my motorcycle Zuko!
